Shift; 40 Hours per week, must be flexible with working hours as occasional weekend and evening work will be required.

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their established company as an Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, being the central hub for all delegates and play a valuable role in supporting the Managing Director with the seamless organisation and delivery of the networking events.

The Role;

  • Responsible for processing paperwork when delegates book onto forum
  • Liaising with delegates to book flights (if overseas event)
  • Occasionally responsible for sending out invoices
  • Market research, collecting a company profile from each company and putting together forum handbook
  • Responsible for liaising with the hotel(s) regarding food numbers, rooming lists, audio/visual equipment, set up of event(s) etc.
  • Arrange transfers for delegates (if overseas event)
  • Arrange meetings between Buyers and Suppliers using bespoke ‘Meeting Selector’ program.
  • Sourcing hotels/venues for events
  • Maintaining high level of accuracy when inputting data into spreadsheets
  • Working with MD to manage sales team targets
