Shift Pattern; 37.5 hours, various hours available Monday-Sunday 8:00am-9:00pm

An excellent opportunity to join this fun and dedicated Team based in Melton Mowbray.  All of these positions will lead to permanent work upon completion of a successful trial period.

Our client is a multi award winning family business operating from a 40,000 sqft warehouse and multi-client inbound contact centre.

As a business, our client works with a variety of customers from the leisure sector through to farming and charity sector.  Currently seeking to employ five additional  Customer Service Advisors to join their inbound contact centre as part of a substantial growth strategy in line with customer demand and orders.

The Role;

If you are successful you will be receiving telephone calls from customers who require the best customer service experience they’ve ever had. From order queries to product information you’ll be on hand to help them solve their query and leave them feeling great about the business you’re representing.

Sounds like something you’d like to try but don’t have any experience?  Don’t worry, you will receive all the training and support you need including two weeks of initial training before being placed onto the work rota. Training will then continue on an ongoing basis to develop your skills to maximise your knowledge and earning capacity.

Between calls you’ll be working in our e-mail software to help customers who have emailed in line with client SLAs. Please note none of the calls are sales calls.
