The role will include: 

  • Winning and servicing new business.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through effective advertising, interviewing and selection and candidate management, all in line with relevant legislation.
  • Building positive and successful relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Achieving and exceeding business and individual KPI’s.
  • Promoting the unique Jacob Thomas Associates brand.

We are an out of city location with easy parking, taking the pressure out of everyday travel.
