Job Title; Business Administrator (Part Time)

Salary; £8,840 per annum

Shift; Monday – Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm

Location; Blaby, Leicestershire

We are delighted to be seeking a part time Business Administrator to join our team and support the payroll and administration function.

The Business Administrator (Part Time) Role;

  • Compiling new starter spreadsheets for third party payroll processing
  • Mailing correctly formatted time sheets to clients for them to complete and return
  • Inputting data from completed timesheet into spreadsheets
  • Invoicing clients, ensuring correct details have been entered
  • Liaising with third parties as required in order to ensure a successful and timely service
  • Inputting data into the relevant weekly reports including: holiday, weekly sales turnover, Agency Workers Regulations, absence etc
  • Providing general administration support to the team as required, and supporting the business in its ISO 9001:2015 accreditation

Our ideal Business Administrator (Part Time);

  • Have a basic understanding of software packages, in particular spreadsheets
  • Have attention to detail and effective time management
  • Are self motivated and determined to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Previous data input and administration experience preferable
