Job Title; Sales Order Administrator

Salary; £18,500 per annum

Shifts; Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm

Location; Fleckney, Leicestershire

Our client is a well-established company seeking to bolster their Sales Order Team. The Sales Order Administrator will be taking orders from customers, processing them accurately and being on hand to ensure that any enquiries are handled effectively.

The Sales Order Administrator Role;

  • Receiving customer orders over the phone or via email
  • Accurately logging and processing orders on the in-house system
  • Liaising with different departments to ensure seamless service
  • Ensuring that customers are kept up to date regarding their orders
  • Answering any queries or handling complaints efficiently
  • Arranging collections of customer orders
  • Creating internal reports such as works orders and pick lists

Our Ideal Sales Order Administrator Candidate;

  • Experience of order processing and customer service in a Manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with IT systems such as MS Office
  • Strong team player who can work well unsupervised
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
