Job Title; Sales Order Administrator

Salary; £8.91 per hour

Shift Pattern; Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Location; Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Due to continued growth our client, a global manufacturer, are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join their team! The role will begin on a temporary contract which will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate!

The Sales Order Administrator Role;

  • Supporting the sales department with their administration, including processing sales orders, taking office calls and maintaining an organised filling system
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email
  • Data entry and order acknowledgments 
  • Liaising with other departments to determine order statuses, stock levels and other enquiries

The Sales Order Administrator Candidate;

  • Previous administrative and customer experience
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, both verbally and written
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced office environment
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
