Job Title; Assembly Line Operative

Salary; £12.73 – £13.93 per hour 

Shift Pattern; Monday – Friday 6.00am -2.00pm / 2.00pm-10.00pm / 10.00pm-6.00am rotating shifts

Location; Banbury

Duties will include operating machinery and using tools to ensure a quality finish on products in line with production targets.

The Assembly Line Operative Role;

• Operating machinery and monitoring production 
• Loading and unloading materials and products
• Assembling goods and materials for automotive companies 
• Performing quality checks to minimise nonconformance
• Working to meet deadlines and production targets

The Assembly Line Operative Candidate;

• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Able to operate tools and machinery
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping skills
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
