Job Title: Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Bartley, Gateshead

Our client is a leading metal extrusion company looking for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contract for customers, efficiently understand their needs and advice accordingly. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure that customers receive the highest service.

The Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor Role:

Working closely with different departments to ensure that customers receive the best service
Answering inbound calls
Handling difficult situations effectively
Communicating through various channels
Updating ERP systems
Building rapports with customers

Our Ideal Candidate:

Previous Customer Experience
Attention to detail
Previous experience with ERP systems
Full UK Driving Licence – required to travel to different sites
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work as a part of team
Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills In
IT skills – MC Office
Able to manage workload and prioritise
Good work ethic
