Job Title: Internal Sales

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum plus bonus (OTE £35,000 to £45,000)

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 08:15 am – 17:00 pm

Location: Hinckley

The Role:

  • Responsible for taking incoming inquiries and sending out quotations in line with KPIs, as well as proactively following them up to convert them to orders.
  • Achieve personal and department targets.
  • Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
  • Assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update customer relations management system.
  • Develop new and existing targeted accounts.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide quotations from customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar sales or customer service role ideally selling into construction/civils
  • Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Computer literate with good IT skills particularly MS Office
  • Understand and work in line with the Company’s business plan.
