Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum plus benefits

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 07:00 am – 16:00 pm

Location: Melton Mowbray

Our Client are specialist designers, manufacturers, and installers of high-quality landscaping products to a range of customers and are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team.

The Benefits:

  • £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending upon experience.
  • Monday to Friday days – No shifts or weekends.
  • Overtime.
  • Annual bonus scheme.
  • Company pension scheme.

The Role:

  • Fabrication of fencing, railings, gates, arches, and other steel landscaping products.
  • Linish welded components to give the required surface preparation for painting.
  • Operating ancillary machinery such as guillotines, folders, etc.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous recent experience in general steel fabrication, ideally with mild steel.
  • Competent MIG welding skills.
  • Able to work from engineering drawings.
  • Quality conscious.
  • Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
  • Own transport as this is a rural location not served by public transport.
